Neumarkt 2024 job mile

Excuse me? Has it really been six years? In fact, it's been that long since we were last represented at Bavaria's largest open-air job fair.

Since then, we have developed enormously - and not just in terms of our sales figures.
We have opened a new office in Coburg for our creative minds, adapted our processes and structures to our rapid growth and invested heavily in building up our team's expertise. We have also strengthened our team with numerous new colleagues in order to further expand our product range and offer our customers the best possible service.
And this is just the beginning! The Job Mile, which took place for the seventh time, provided us with an excellent opportunity to present ourselves as an attractive employer in the region and to find qualified talent for our current vacancies.

But which highlights made the event unforgettable?

Personal conversations:
We were delighted to have so many inspiring conversations with prospective customers and were thrilled by their great interest.

Photo box fun:
Visitors were able to have their photo taken with accessories and products from our Trend Editions and take a Polaroid photo home with them as a souvenir.

TOM live on site:
Our strong-bear brand ambassador TOM created a great atmosphere with his positive energy - especially among our younger guests.

Networking opportunities:
A highlight was the warm reunion with our friendly companies and long-standing partners from Neumarkt.

Goodie bags:
Hundreds of paper carrier bags, bulging with our product highlights, were handed out to visitors.
